How AMAZING is this space that I designed and styled for Base Body Babes!!!

They wanted a wellness space for their clients at the gym, so they purchased this stunning infra red sauna! When I first saw this space, the floors were dark brown terracotta tiles, so we had them primed and painted white which created a beautiful blank canvas to work with and highlight the sauna!

The key to creating a calm space, is to work with natural materials and textures such as linen, jute, seagrass and dried grass. It gives the feeling of being outdoors and is perfect foundation for relaxing and recharging, as the colours and textures calm the mind.

I also wanted to compliment the walls, which were stripped back to their original condition, which is why I chose a beautiful white linen sofa with a classic design. The colour of the jute rug, works perfectly with the walls, so everything is cohesive and ties in together.

By adding highlights of brass and greenery, it gives it that boholuxe look and feel, which is relaxed with a touch of luxury! Majority of the smaller decor pieces, the rug and the shelving unit were found at IKEA, so it's important to blend the higher priced items such as the sofa and sauna, with the lower priced to keep it in budget.

Lastly, we painted the outdoor space all white to look like a little slice of mykonos and I added the Sena Bar stools - which are on my website and the bamboo pendant light to bring character and warmth!

The atlantis urn is from a boutique store and I filled it with palms to add even more life to the space!
